This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with a sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a KIng size bed, the second bed is the sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is fully stocked with linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and all kitchen utilities and appliances. There is a split AC unit located in the Living Room. The condo is located on the ground floor. The spectacular views from the patio are a perfect accompaniment for your morning coffee or tea. And what better way then to end your day with a glass of wine while you gaze into the sun setting over the Pacific!

This condo is located at the Pono Kai Resort in the historic town of Kapaa, Kauai. Kapaa has a small town feel and the resort is within walking distance of many restaurants, boutiques, shopping and grocery stores. You can rent bicycles right next door to the Pono Kai and located within 5 minutes from all water activities; canoeing, kayaking, surfing, etc...

The Pono Kai Resort has many amenities and activites on site. Tennis and pickleball, basketball, exercise room, shuffle board, horse shoes, golf greens, croquet court, board games, and a swimming pool and hot tub.

I sent a review a few days ago. Bottom line: my daughter and son-in-law...who stayed in the unit...were very upset. There was construction going on all day long for most of the visit. It was either right above them or one unit over on the 2nd floor, but still very loud. They actually left a day early and told me to ask for a partial refund to them..which I'm doing. To have so little time on Kauai and to have that constant disruption is a poor combination - especially when the weather was so windy and they were in-doors more of the time. Please get back to me about this. Thank you.
