Heimat Loft is a generous and spacious maisonette holiday apartment on the first and second floors. With three bedrooms, a large terrace and views of the harbour and Baltic Sea, the Heimat Loft is the perfect holiday apartment for your holiday on the Schlei and Baltic Sea with the whole family.



The harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz with its growing range of amenities and shopping facilities as well as the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz are located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment. The Weidenfeld beach is only 450 metres away and can be easily reached on foot from the apartment. The maritime mini-golf course is also in the immediate vicinity and offers fun for the whole family.



The Heimat Loft provides a holiday feeling with a feel-good character! The apartment's three bedrooms are located on the first floor and have a total of three double box-spring beds. One with a width of 180 cm and two with a width of 160 cm. No matter which bedroom you choose, you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. One of the bedrooms also has a home office workstation and a small balcony with a view of the harbour.

In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a spacious bathroom including a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a spacious storage room that can also be used as a cloakroom.



Once you arrive on the second floor, you will be greeted by the floor-to-ceiling window front with adjoining terrace. The light-flooded rooms, furnished with attention to detail, a cosy living area and the fireplace create a feel-good atmosphere. Here the name says it all and you feel right at home!

The open-plan kitchen-cum-living room is equipped to a high standard and makes cooking together with a view of the harbour fun even on holiday. You can access the large, partially covered terrace with a south-west orientation and sweeping views across the holiday park towards the Baltic Sea directly from the living area or the kitchen. There is a patio table and, for a real Baltic Sea holiday atmosphere, a beach chair and an electric barbecue. Here you can spend relaxing hours in the sun all day long and watch marvellous sunsets.

A second full bathroom with wellness character, a spacious and floor-level panoramic shower and infrared sauna ideally round off the complete package for a relaxing holiday.

We have also thought of the little ones: in addition to a high chair and travel cot, the apartment also has beach toys for the children.



You will find your own parking space in front of the holiday apartment.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
