Bright, spacious, modern and right by the sea - that's the Lütte Brise. Surrounded by water, on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday accommodation impresses with its spaciousness, all-day sun and two terraces.



The private wellness area invites you to relax: a Finnish sauna and a relaxing whirlpool bathtub with a view of the water are available for relaxing after a walk on the beach. The large open and floor-level shower allows an unobstructed view of the sea.



The living/dining area is flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides.

The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Whether it's a romantic candlelit dinner or a convivial barbecue, harbour cinema and fantastic views of the sun are guaranteed. Comfortable garden furniture and an electric barbecue are available for your holiday use.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



Early risers can enjoy the unique morning atmosphere, a true spectacle of nature on the Schlei when ducks, geese and swans awaken.



The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to spend an evening by the fireplace on rainy days. Indoor entertainment is also provided by the large Smart TV with soundbar, subwoofer and Bluetooth.



The holiday apartment's dreamland is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a fantastic harbour view and is furnished with a high-quality box-spring bed. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a unique view of the Schlei - the first sailing boats can be seen early in the morning!

There is another sleeping area on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.



A further shower room on the first floor provides additional comfort.



This holiday property is a maisonette flat on the first and second floors. There is a car parking space and a bicycle shed directly in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: After a long walk on the beach, take a relaxing bath with a view of the harbour and unwind.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Die Dusche setzt konstruktionsbedingt das halbe Bad unter Wasser und die Schlafzimmer lassen sich in Ermangelung von Vorhängen nicht wirklich verdunkeln.Kücheneinrichtung ist komplett und hochwertig, die Einrichtung incl. der Terrassenmöbel eher schlicht.Top ist die Terrasse, wo man tatsächlich den ganzen Tag Sonne hat, so sie denn scheint.Wir haben insgesamt schöne Tage verbracht.

Alle Fenster im oberen Teil abschließbar und damit auch super für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Super lieber unkomplizierter Service. Wir sind später angereist als geplant und hatten bei Abreise was in der Wohnung vergessen. Bei beidem war sofort eine Lösung da und alle waren sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, so dass wir die vier Tage in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Wir werden garantiert wieder in Olpenitz vorbeischauen :) Vielen Dank an die Ferienhaus Agentur und die netten Mitarbeiterinnen vor Ort!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Für einen Kurztrip der ideale Wohnort. Schöner Balkon mit Süd-Westausrichtung und Blick zum Hafen. Das Umland hat uns in Richtung Norden gut gefallen. Umbedingt Fahrräder mitnehmen oder leihen.

Erster Ostsee-Urlaub mit Kleinkind

Wir haben uns zu einem Urlaub an der Ostsee entschieden und haben nach einem passenden Ferienwohnung gesucht. Nach kurzer Recherche sind wir im Ostsee-Resort Olpenitz hängen geblieben. Uns haben insbesondere der Zustand sowie die Ausstattung der Objekte, die Lage und das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt. Wir haben uns schließlich für die Maisonette- Wohnung „Lütte Briese“ entschieden. Zur Wohnung konnten wir bequem eine „Kinderausstattung“ hin zu buchen. So haben wir einiges an sperrigem Gepäck (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl) zu Hause lassen können. Bei der Buchung haben wir den Hinweis gegeben, dass unter den Personen Allergiker sind, welche besonders auf Tierhaare reagieren. Daraufhin haben wir von der Ferienhaus-Agentur die Rückmeldung erhalten, dass der Vormieter einen Hund angegeben hat. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass bei der Endreinigung besonders auf Tierhaare geachtet wird. Das housekeeping hat hier einen guten Job gemacht und wir hatten während des Aufenthalts keine Probleme. Grundsätzlich hat uns gut gefallen: - Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein - Super Blick auf die Schleihmünde - Objektzustand und Ausstattung Tolle Küche und toller Wohnbereich mit viel Platz zum Spielen für unseren Sohn. Top WLAN und TV. Das Bad mit Rainshower-Dusche, Whirlpool und Sauna hochwertig ausgestattet - Strandnähe In Summe hat man drei Stände in direkter Nähe. Alle sehr sauber und ruhig, super für Kinder geeignet. Ein paar Sachen haben uns nicht so gut gefallen: - Ein Kinder-Treppenschutz hat uns ein bisschen gefehlt. - Die Terrassenmöbel waren leider nicht bequem. Bei 5 Sternen hätten wir uns etwas besseres / auch einen Strandkorb gewünscht (bei sehr vielen Objekten vorhanden). Auch der Elektrogrill war nicht sonderlich einladend und wurde daher auch nicht genutzt. - Auf dem ganzen Gelände wird noch ordentlich gebaut. Das verursacht tagsüber Baulärm der manchmal genervt hat. - Viele Gäste aber vor allem die Bauarbeiten halten sich nicht an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung im Resort. Wir haben uns nicht getraut unser Kind frei laufen zu lassen, da uns das zu gefährlich erschien. Teilweise sind Lastwagen mit gefühlten 40 km/h an uns vorbei geschossen. Da es keinen (und das fast im ganzen Resort keinen 🤦‍♂️) Fussgängerweg gibt, ist das für uns ein Kritikpunkt. - Restaurant gibt es keine. Man muss immer nach Kappeln fahren. Das hatten wir nicht erwartet und ist schade. Die positiven Punkte überwiegen und wir würden wieder buchen!
