Mysigt med bra läge

Mycket bra service vid incheckning, rent, mysigt och en mycket bra frukost som var mindre än på de stora hotellen men ändå hade allt vi önskade.

Överprisat kallt hotell med låg standard

Hade bokat ett standard dubbelrum. Fick ett hörnrum som till en början verkade lovande, men snabbt insåg jag att temperaturen i rummet var extremt låg, troligen under 20°C. De enda värmekällorna i mitt rum var handdukstorken i badrummet och värmeläckage från rummet brevid, något element fanns inte i sikte. Badrummet var färscht men annars under all kritik, den som designat badrummet måste vara 75% mindre än en normalbyggd vuxen människa. När man satt på toaletten så hade man knäna mot väggen och handdukstorken i ansiktet, att dörren till duschen överhuvudtaget gick att öppna var ett smärre mirakel. Utöver detta så var hotellet extremt lyhört och lösningen för detta verkade vara öronproppar som fanns i nattduksbordet. Ena fönstret hade en gammal persienn som inte gick att stänga ordentligt, vilket kraftigt ökade ljusinsläppet. Till skillnad från alla andra hotell som byggts/renoverats efter 1980 så hade detta hotell konventonella dörrlås med nyckel istället för kort/tag. Vissa dörrar verkade vara nybytta men den till mitt rum var gammal och endast ommålad, vilket tyvärr inte lyckats lösa problemet med att dagsljus trängde in mellan dörr och karm. Frukosten var okej men något liten.

Bra läge med nära till allt. Frukost med allt som behövs och lugnt och skönt. Bra Bistro restaurang i samma hus. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal på alla positioner, vi återkommer!

Besviken!

Sängarna var jättesköna men vårt badrum luktade starkt av urin vilket inte var inte så trevligt. Betalar man 1700 kr för ett rum så tycker jag standarden borde vara bättre. Bra frukost!
