Really beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms. Breakfast is delicious with a very large choice of items. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place. It is also a good choice for solo female travellers. Supermarket nearby and walking distance to restaurants and Fetiyhe Mosque.

For 1 or 2 nights

The hotel overlooks a quiet running track and is very close to the bustling city center. The furnishings are somewhat dated, but everything is spotlessly clean and the beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses.

This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay.

Horrible attempt at making a 4-star hotel with screechy furnitures, smell of cigarette smoke everywhere, absence of any ventilation etc. On a positive side, the parking has a padlock

The saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is true for this hotel. I never give negative feedback as I believe it can be very damaging to business. Let’s just say that it’s adequate. Just don’t look into the corners. Meh.

The personnel deserves a good rating

Overall the hotel was ok, it seems it was renovated not a long time ago. Location was not at city center but city center, train station and other parts of the city were reachable within 10-15 min of walking. The best thing about this hotel was the personnel, they were very helpful despite lack of English (arranged taxi to Ani, arranged laundry, gave information about other things, were very friendly at breakfast). The room was clean but the bathroom not. At the arrival the toilet was dirty from someone else... The breakfast was offering a decent variety.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde klozet kirliydi. Tekli yatağın nevresimleri ve yastığı değiştirilmemişti kokuyordu. Resepsiyona söyledikten sonra temizlediler ve değiştirdiler. O gece hiç iyi uyumadık ve ihtiyaçlarımızı gideremedik. Odamız sıcaktı. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi. Çalışanlarda genel olarak yardımcı oldular.
