駐車時に失敗して時間がかかってしまったのですが、スタッフさんが素晴らしい対応をしてくださり、さらには出勤していないスタッフさん達も来てくださり、無駄なお金がかからず助かりました。本当に感謝しています。

Nice hotel, very comfortable

A small traditional hotel located just few kilometers away from Karuizawa station, outlet mall and ski arena. Both Japanese Tatami and regular beds available. Rooms are very comfortable with very relaxed atmosphere once you enter the hotel. Surely will come back at this reasonable price.

Riesiges Zimmer, endlich mal Platz. Gutes Frühstück. Die Stone Sauna war jedoch sehr entäuschend. Nur ein kleiner Raum mit geheiztem Boden. Zu laut, störend eNebengeräusche und Hintergrundmusik zu laut. Konnte sich nicht entspannen. Nach 10min. abgebrochen. Def. das Gekd nicht werr.

到着時間が22:00頃と遅かったので、館内は少し暗めでアメニティがあるのも気付かず部屋に向かいそうになりました。部屋に室内着がなかったので、日本にしては珍しくパジャマないのかと思いながら大浴場に行くと、他の方が室内着的なものを着てらしたので、受付に行くと、かなり薄暗い通路の棚にありました。到着した時に、アメニティも室内着も、おしえてほしかったです。スタッフの方はいつも寝ているのか、あまり挨拶もなく、対応するのがだるそうでした。夜の方も朝の方もそんなふうだったので、皆さん寝る時間もないほど眠いのだろうと思うことにしましたが、良い気分ではないです。隣がボイラー室だったのか、明け方からずっとベットの頭の方から音がしていました。賑やかで、快適とは言えません。リゾートホテルだと寝るだけなら思っていたので残念でした。二度と利用しません。寝るだけならまぁまぁです。（うるさくなければ）

エステがしたくてこのホテルに決めたのに、ホームページに記載されている予約時間内にフロントに申し出たのですが、２時間も早い締め切り時間を言われてしまい、次の日その言われた時間に予約を入れましたが、断られた、2泊３日の旅でしたが、エステを受けることができずに終わりました。とでも残念でしかたありませんでした。
