Family owned, rooms were clean and had a nice view. Enjoyed the stay there and had perhaps the best Turkish breakfast made by a very nice lady. Thank you!

Lovely town hotel

Great stop overnight. Friendly reception, delicious Turkish breakfast. Ideal spot to walk just 5 minutes into Kas centre.

Poor stay

I don't think the hotel deserve its score. The room we stayed was not totally clean and they check if the room was clean daily. We booked a double room but we had two separate beds in the room. The breakfast was very poor. The Service and staff were nice but l wouldn't stay there again. However it is close to main attractions and city centre.

Ripped off by Expedia

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous view from balcony. Immaculately clean, recently refurbished. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Unable to pay with credit card which was annoying. The whole experience was ruined by the fact it was advertised by Expedia as including breakfast but we were conned, their written confirmation did not state breakfast and we were refused any breakfast. Disgusted. What was booked as a decent low price overnight stay with breakfast turned into an expensive experience. Shame on you Expedia!!!

Banyo aşırı küçüktü. Tuvaleti kullanabilmek için duşakabinin kapısını içeri itmek gerekiyor. Duşun altında su taşıyor bütün banyo ıslanıyor. Onun dışında konum olarak güzeldi. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi. Otopark her müsteri icin yeterli değil ama biz yer bulabildik.

Otelin oda temizliği çok zayıf, klozette temizlendiğine dair hijyen bandı bulunmuyor. Banyonun vitrifiyeleri paslanmış, ayna köşesinden kırık, vitrifiyenin ve aynanın yenilemesi gerekir. Banyo tamirat görmüş olmasına rağmen çekilen derz farklı renkte yapılmış. Günlük temizlik yapılmıyor. Kullanılan çarşaflar yıpranmış, pike özelliğini yitirmiş çok sert. Hizmet satın alırken aracınız için otopark var denilmesine rağmen yol kenarına boş bulduğunuz yere park ediyorsunuz.

Konforsuz ve otopark sorunu var

Özellikle otopark filtresi ile konaklama yeri arıyorum burada otopark görünmesine rağmen gittiğimizde olmadığını farkettik. Çok dar sokaklar olduğu için zorlandık. Hijyen olarak çok iyi değildi, banyo çok küçük. Tek iyi yanı kahvaltısı diyebilirim

Odamız gayet temiz ve düzenliydi, çalışanlar gerçekten yardımcı oldular, kahvaltı lezzeti benim ağız tadıma göre çok iyiydi. Konumu güzel yürüyerek meydana gidiliyor, tek olumsuz tarafı asansör ün 0 dan değilde 1. kattan kullanıma başlanması idi bebekli biri olduğumuzdan bebek arabası vb şeyleri önce 1. Kata çıkarmak gerekiyor sonra asansör kullanılabiliyor.

defne otel fiyaskosu

Otelin konumu iyiydi ancak fiyat performans açısından durum kötü.Son derece saygısız ve ilgisiz otel çalışanları mevcut.Minibar yazan otel odasında su dahi yok rica ettik iki defa söyledik ancak o zaman su getirdirdiler ve nezaketen para uzattık ona kadar aldılar.Kahvaltısı da oldukça pek doyurucu oldugu söylenemez ve çeşit hiç yok.Odaların da çok temiz olduğu söylenemez kısacası konumu ve manzarası harici çok olumlu bir yan göremedik bir daha gitmem ve tavsiyede etmem.
