Kalkan harbour is just a 10 to 15 minute ride away from us. Fully air-conditioned throughout. This spacious property offers: 3 Large bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. 1 double room with king size bed, bedroom 2 with king size bed and a family room with king size bed and 2 singles. The private pool secluded is 32 square metres with a non slip paved surrounding. This area also has table and chairs, sunbeds and a built in barbecue for daytime snacks or maybe a midnight feast! (pool cleaned and treated daily early morning).The comfortable lounge overlooks the upstairs terrace area and provides you with the following facilities. A modern living room with a comfortable 3 piece suite, Satellite T.V, with Netflix,Wi-Fi, and wireless internet connection. Patio doors that lead to the main terrace which looks out over breath-taking views, mountains, sea and greenery. The terrace is fully furnished with table and chairs, parasol and sun loungers. A wonderful setting for lazy days and perfect evenings admiring the views and watching the stars over the beautiful village. Fully fitted kitchen that opens onto the terrace with cooking hob, cooker, oven, grill, microwave, Air fryer large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (tea towels provided). Outside you can cool down and swim in your own private freshwater swimming pool. The BBQ area is set on the terrace which is fully furnished with dining table, chairs and loungers. Umbrellas are provided for shade in the summer heat, the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book or simply chill-out. The villa is set in beautiful Mediterranean gardens with flowers, grapevines, olive, pomegranate and fig trees. A romantic setting for couples and perfect for family holidays.
