Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 127cm wide alongside 23 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 121cm wide. The terrace is tiled, but as can be seen in the images, is on multiple level, with lots of external steps. Inside, there is 1 step of 18cm from the hallway to the lounge. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor where bedroom 1 has a door width of 76cm, and the ensuite door is 69cm wide.
