Executive Summary of this house:

We had first bad review of 2-star as they were first booking after we did complete the house renovation before New Year Eve. With their feedback during their stay, we have improved evert feedback.
1. We have installed Cctv infront of the house terrace (see photo on listing) to add more security,
2. We have changed the locker of Front Gate and back door, as per first booking advised.
3. We have changed new 55 inches Smart TV to replace the defected previous one, so you will see our branded new Smart TV to watch your Netflix.
4. We have put up new thick curtain plus new air con in the Living Room to give you more privacy and cooliness.
5. Our sofa is an Ikea leather sofa-bed so some guests may not feel comfortable, however, we have used this sofa-bed with many listings without any complaint.
6. We have cleaned our under kitchen counter area, which is used to keep cleaing stuff.
7. The gas tank cooking has high safety feature and Thai people with 70 million population has used this type of tank for more than 150 years without any issue.
8. We have blocked the unused drain ways to ensure no insects to climb up and we have put up the silicon sheet to cover the shower drain so you must remove it while taking shower and cover it back after the shower.
9. We have installed air con in the living room, enjoy your working day with cool house. There is working table and eco chair for you to work online with Lan wire to connect to your labtop.

It is a single house with two bedrooms plus 1 bathroom with about 100 sq meters usable area (30 sq wah plot of land) with fresh air at garden with chairs and umbrella located infront of the house. This terrace is good for your coffee in the morning and evening. Free private Optic Fiberwifi with 500/500Mbps package, private washing machine, microwave, toster, gas stove, big refrigerator, kitchen wares, utensils.

You will stay like local residents and will have to walk through local residents area (there are nice and friendly, they can help you if you need help), so please do understand their living style. They are 7-11, Family Mart, counter tour, self laundry, street foods, coffee shop nearby, there are many good restaurants/bars at the main road, not far from the house. The Red Mountain Golf Course is very near to this house. There is free car park infront of the house next to wall (can not park inside of the house, as it is small area to turn unless it is small car).

It is strongly recommended to rent motor bike for staying at this house in this area, please do not complain about high taxi fare. However, you can download Grap or In-Drive application for the taxi or to order foods/grocery on delivery.

What are not provided:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb1,000, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads. Please visit Lotus or Makkro to buy grocery for your stay to enjoy your home-made cooked foods.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this area.

This house is stand along, not in the compound so there are no gym or swimming pool. You can join so many gyms and swimming pool club, one of the recommended gym and swimming pool is at the Aqua Gym at Kathu, which is not far from this location. Monthly fee is about Thb1,200.

You must rent the motor bikes or rent a car from airport to stay at this house, as it is located in the residential area near the Kathu Water Fall and the Red Mountain Golf Club and there are many nice restaurants/bars near this location.
