On the beautiful island of Kea in the Cyclades, the sun-drenched Aegean Sea is resting in front of our villas. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is at your feet, at a 60 m distance from the villas. The residence is split into two separate levels, Amelia Beachfront Villa and Agelos Beachfront Villa. The villas are 60 square meters each, on a 3,000 square meters plot planted with natural flora. Following the island's unique architectural style, the villas are entirely made of stone on the outside.
Amelia Beachfront Villa offers an amazing view of the Aegean Sea almost from every point inside the house, even from your bed, or while you are taking your bath. Amelia is only 1.3 km from the port of Korissia with shops and restaurants and only 2,5 km from the main dining and nightlife spot, Vourkari. Also, it is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful and organized beach Xyla. In one word, ideal!
Amelia’s guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have 4 patios, the 3 with sea views.
