As you lounge by the swimming pool or relax on your balcony, be captivated by the breathtaking sea views that unfold before you. Villa Eva exudes a contemporary charm, with an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area bringing in plenty of light. The ground floor hosts a welcoming double bedroom that opens directly onto it's own terrace, accompanied by a shower room nearby.
Upstairs, two of the bedrooms boast their own ensuite shower rooms, as well as splendid views from their balconies. Just a short drive away, you will find the resort of Skala, offering an expansive beach, as well as plenty of tavernas and shops, complemented by the charm of the village square and the adjacent church bell tower. Discover antiquities dating back to Roman times in the small local museum, adding a touch of history to your stay.

Please note, this villa sits within a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide, there are no steps but there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is open, flat and has non-slip tiles. There is a slight drop of a few centimetres between the tiles and the lawn. The ground floor bedroom and shower room have a door width of 75cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 200cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 200cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
