Additionally the bedrooms feature air conditioning and en-suite facilities to ensure your comfort and privacy. The rooms have been designed to make the most of the exceptional visual surroundings, and all have access to a veranda or terrace area for those lazy morning coffee’s or relaxing sundowners. The lounge space features sumptuous seating and a large feature wall housing a large TV and entertainment system, along with a solid dining room table and chairs. There is also a separate family WC on this floor. The guest house additionally houses a further lounge space, and like the main property has direct access to the terraced pool area. Even at the ground floor level you will be afforded views across the endless azure of the Ionian Sea

With every angle the views from the villa are breath taking and luxurious, from the moment you enter through the magnificent electrically operated gates, to the moment you first sit by the luxurious pool to relax and take in the wonders of nature. Outside living is a fundamental part of the design of the property with a very large Italian tiled patio area, which houses various seats and sun loungers, which flank the large and inviting infinity pool, which is heated to maintain a constant temperature. In addition to this is a full summer kitchen for those balmy al-fresco summer evenings where you can laugh at memories and make new ones. The grounds are all landscaped with mature planting providing the full Mediterranean experience. Within the magnificent pool is a private space featuring a jacuzzi with seating. As you walk down the garden past the glistening pool and the covered kitchen area, you will find a small amphitheatre where you can relax and take in the surroundings, or perhaps stage a Greek inspired performance with your family and friends
