As the name suggests, Villa Skala Seaview offers wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and out to the sea. Located just outside the village of Skala, the restaurants, bars and beach of this popular resort are only 10 minutes' drive away. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms, an inviting private pool and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy those long sunny days. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Situated on the outskirts of Skala at the southern tip of Kefalonia, Villa Skala Seaview is a detached property located in a small private community of just 4 villas. It's a 10 minute drive to Skala Village, home to a fabulous beach and a selection of shops and restaurants. Our villas Skala Bayview, Skala Beachview and Skala Ionian are in the same small development.

Main pool: 8.5 x 4 mtr, 0.7 - 1.7 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Greek Climate Resilience Tax - €15.00 per villa per night. Payable during check-in.
