Convenient layover

Location: Close to Paddington Station and Heathrow Express
Convenient layover, close to Paddington Station, which met our needs as we wanted someplace easy to get to/from London Heathrow international airport, with the Heathrow Express nearby. Would have loved if the walking distance is shorter but can't complain since it's within walking distance and manageable with a huge luggage.

Ideale Lage

Pros: Lage und Frühstücksbuffet
Location: Es liegt ideal, damit mal die Stadt zu Fuss erkunden kann.
Es war alles Bestens im Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Needs refurbishing and service attitude

Staff - when found - little reluctant. No blow dryer, no safe in room although confirmed, very very slow wifi, free shuttle runs only specific times thrice a day - would have me wait more then 3 hours at airport or would call me a cab...room quite clean compared to fiiiilthy carpet in elevator and floors. Bathroom needs make over - desperately! Toilet flushed continuously. Breakfast more expensive than stated in description. Stayed just one night so ok. But would not go there again. Restaurant looked nice but didn't try.
