All was well until we came home to find the bathtub had backed up, with excrements; at 9 pm, at finding this and informing them, they located another room for us to move into. Highly inconvenient, we had to pack up everything and haul it to the other room; by the time we were settled in again, passed 11 pm... I know that these things happen but really...
