Hello... I was only there one overnight! I had to leave early for the airport so I didn't have breakfast. The two desk clerks I talked to were very nice and friendly, and my room was clean and in a quiet hallway... easy access to the parking space I had. My only suggestion is that it feels old and could use a bit of a facelift... carpet and toss cushion looked a bit dirty. Otherwise a good stay! I appreciated the handwritten welcome note and candies! Thank you!

We easily found the property. The exterior appears well kept with attractive landscaping. The young lady checking us in was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was a pet room. It was very clean and setup to welcome a pet. The room was well appointed with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was good size, clean and very retro. There is a breakfast room offering a variety of basic breakfast fare; cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee, juice, croissants, muffins etc. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying again.

There was mold in the bathtub, corners, chipped sink, road noise, loud air conditioning units. The rating on Expedia for Best Western Pacific in Vernon and Dilworth were the same. There is no comparison. Dilworh should be a 5.

EXCELLENT front desk service and nice room. Everything was clean and location is central with easy access for dining/shopping. Just off Hwy 97. Next to fire hall but area was quiet. Their swimming was out of commission so I gave a slightly lower rating for amenities but hot tub and sauna were great. No comparison to a hotel I stayed at last week for the same price. I will definitely come again and recommend.
