The key things for a hotel stay are a quiet, comfortable room that is clean. The Dilworth meets these requirements easily. The staff is very pleasant, which is a plus when checking in after a long journey. The property itself is very dated in terms of decor. The free breakfast is just cold cereal or packaged pastries. However, this is not a luxury property. It is priced as what it is: a safe hotel offering a clean place to sleep in a convenient location. The location is just off the main highway in Kelowna, in a commercial district of malls and chain retail stores.

The room was clean and spacious. The hot tub and sauna were great. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The continental breakfast was convenient and they offered tea/coffee all day long in the reception area.

Tried to watch hockey game on Sportsnet, very glitchy. My mattress ended up on a tilt that was odd and I have no idea what caused it. I tried to get it shifted but couldn’t. Twice I hit my shin on an object protruding from the base of the bed. Road noise was significant. I think I need to revise my review to poor.
