This property is supplied with beach chairs and other essential beach items! Outside you will find a patio with a gas grill and fireplace overlooking the tidal river. Inside has an expansive first floor that features a stunning screened in porch overlooking the tidal river, well equipped Kitchen, 2 dining areas, a living room, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a sliding door to the back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. With central air conditioning!
Bedroom #1: First floor King bed. Sliding door with views of the tidal river.
Bedroom #2: Second floor King bed. Balcony overlooking the tidal river. Full bathroom en-suite!
Bedroom #3: Second floor Queen bed with a walk in closet.

For insurance reasons, we can not host the following breeds and/or mixes of these breeds: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, Guard/Attack dogs, and any animal with a past history of biting or that demonstrates aggressive behavior.
