Zannabella B & B sijaitsee viehättävällä Texasin alueella, vain muutaman minuutin päässä Ingramin keskustasta ja 7 km: n päässä Kerrvillestä. . Se on sarja mökkejä, joissa on monenlaisia teemoja, jotka tallentavat Texasin henkeä ikimuistoiseen kokemukseen. Romanttisia rinteellä varustettuja mökkejä, joissa on oma piha ja täysi aamiainen. Sijaitsee kuvankauniilla Texas Texasin alueella vain muutaman minuutin päässä Ingramin keskustasta ja 7 kilometrin päässä Kerrville-kadulta. We had an amazing stay at the Zannabella B&B! It far exceeded our expectations! Zach is the perfect host! He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He's warm & friendly and prepared delicious breakfasts and snacks for us. Our sunrise view was amazing, the one day that it was not pouring! Yes, we were there right after the flooding in Ingram/Kerrville/Hunt! Thankfully, this location is on a hill and we were safe. We appreciate the generosity that Zach is offering flooding victims and first responders by providing them lodging. It is God at work through the hands of men. We will definitely return!

Small Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this charming little house for a weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved it! We visited the Empty Cross and had a great time watching the birds and taking in the natural beauty. The location is perfect—close enough to Fredericksburg for a day trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. We’ll definitely be coming back. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming.

Where to start?

The hosts? Amazing people! Accomidating, kind, caring and went above and beyond before and during our stay! Spend some time with them, they have GREAT stories. The room? Just as described. The view was incredible. We took a GREAT pic but can't post it on here. Maybe they will use it in the listing. The gas fire pit was so nice, we bought one the next week for our backyard! WE lit it every morning and watched the sun come up. The bed was a high quality mattress. Had all the towels we needed. Everything we needed was there for us. The food? Let me tell you, they can cook! Each breakfast was different, unique and all of it was excellent. We asked for the french toast recipe! And this was a FULL breakfast, not just "a little something". We will not hesitate to visit again!

Meticulously Maintained & Carefully Cleaned Romantic Hideaway

Romantic hillside cottages are a meticulously maintained & carefully cleaned delight. I was quite impressed with all the details and added touches surrounding the property. The breakfast room is delightful! The ham and fruit salad were such a treat that we were inspired to serve both for our Easter dinner. The bed is so comfortable! The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked. The cottages are in a wonderful, safe, quite, peaceful location that is great for stargazing. There are plenty of private spots to enjoy the romantic outside setting. The view is absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our romantic getaway and only wish we could have stayed longer. The location is fantastic. We enjoyed visiting the Empty Cross. It is free and well worth a visit and pictures. We also enjoyed Stonehenge II and the variety of thrift stores in the area for treasure hunting. The is a lovely walk along the river. I would love to come back and go tubing. We highly recommend Thai Ocha in Kerrville. You can sit outside with a lovely view of the river. Both the green and the yellow curry I tried were amazing!!! The servings were SO generous and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We both had an absolutely marvelous time. The hosts were delightful. They have taken such care in creating this treat. We would love to come back! Our only issue was that the water pressure in the shower was low and you must take a short shower in order for both of you to have a hot shower in succession.

Weekend away

We had a wonderful time, our cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the sunrise from our deck. The breakfast was amazing. We took advantage of the homemade dinner on Friday and it was delivered to our cabin hot and delicious. Anna and Zach were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
