The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. From the moment you arrive, you can see the attention to detail in the surroundings and facilities. We like staying here for spring training as the location is good. The rooms are definitely older, but it is clean and consistent. The staff was excellent in being welcoming and fulfilling requests we had. Breakfast has the waffle makers and consistently had scrambled eggs and potatoes. Some days had sausages as well, but not all. The other continental breakfast items were always available.

The only good parts about staying here is the breakfast with lots choices and the staff is courteous. We didn't like the following: the pillows smell, beds are soft and appears to be beyond the useful life, low quality soap and shampoo, chair for the desk is almost unusable and needed to be replace, and exterior landscaping needed a good cleaning.
