So I’m not one to complain. However there was a spot in the bathroom on the front side of the sink that had pee on it. Not a HUGE deal. I mean yeah gross but it was an easy spot to miss. However, when I said something at check out about our room not being cleaned the best, she said “well maintenance might’ve been in there working” and what? Peed on the wall? lol so I told her I’m not trying to be a nuisance or looking to get anything for free and I was just letting them know. Whatever, again, not a big deal. Then when we got home, I started itching really bad. I have bites all over my body. I’m not one to make a big deal outta things and I feel bad for leaving a crappy review but I’ve never had anything like this happen before. My husband and I used to come here to celebrate our anniversary and we’ve always loved it. Needless to say it’s extremely run down, and we won’t be back. I didn’t see any bed bugs because we did (kinda) check. We weren’t very thorough due to being there before with no issues. However I have multiple clusters of bites all over. Book at your own risk of course

Jacuzzi suite was very nice! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable & the pillows were amazing. Hotel is very welcoming, check in was easy, & breakfast area is very nice.

13 Fec 2025: We had no hot water. I asked several other people and they stated the same thing. When we tried to inform the staff no one was present at the counter. We rang the bell multiple times to no answer. 14 Dec 2025: I was able to speak with a staff member and she made it out to be our fault. She asked me "why didnt you tell us?". The hallways leading to the we8ght room, pool etc was ice cold. I am not sure if the heat was off or broken. I have watched this hotel go down hill since the new owners took over. The weight room needs updated. The cardio equipment is old and worn out.The hot tub wasnt functioning on my last stay and its still not working as of today (14 Fec 2025). If the owner reads this I seriously ask you to take pride in your establishment and correct the current issues.

The pool area looked horrible. We expected to enjoy the hottub, but it was closed. The pictures on the website were not the same and when we asked for a blanket, we had to get it ourselves. Its good customer service to honor simple requests like that. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly, either. I think I overpaid for the room and will most likely not return.

The hot tub in room was nasty not cleaned at all I took soap and water and a washcloth and cleaned the hot tub washcloth was black after cleaning. We were not told when we booked that the hot tub by the pool was broke. Found a dirty washcloth by the hot tub in room so room must not have been cleaned fully not a clean room. Not happy for the price and I go there a few times a year this is the second time this happened not sure if I will go back.

The room was nice and big. It was clean. The bathroom needed an update and was just OK. We did not have enought towels but I did not report this to the front desk. We have stayed here before as it was the most reasonable price near Purdue and would stay again.
