Our room was dirty with dust on the ceilings and food splattered on the wall and ceiling. Couch cushions had food stains on them. The bathroom fan didn't work and they were large chips out of cupboards. Staff on the phone said breakfast would be added to our room, it wasn't and they rufused upon arrival.

We were a group of 3 and stayed for 3 nights. House keeping was closed to non existent, kept taking away towels without replenishing with clean ones. We ended up having to call for towels and bath mat and waited for almost half an hour before anyone can take a shower…. Not impressed. Also, the public facing area of this hotel looks nice and updated but not the room. The room could definitely use some refurbishing and deep cleaning!

I stayed at the property 4 years ago and liked it but on my return, the state of the property has deteriorated to the point that I regret coming back. The good side is that they seem to have started renovation. Also, the staff are excellent, and the public spaces are nice and clean. Additionally, there is free breakfast.
