Scary

Unexpected trip due to death of my husband's brother 😪. Room was not done at 2pm in the afternoon. Storms came thru during the night and hotel did nothing to make sure guests were safe. At last hotel I worked, if tornado sirens went off we knock on all guest doors and ask them to get to safe room. Here nothing.only woke up by alerts on phone and no idea what to do, so stayed in our room in our bed.

Great place to stay, but with the construction and the interstate right behind it, it's noisy. Easy access to pedestrian bridge to get downtown.

Overall okay hotel no big complaints. The pool was cold and no pool towels every time we went. It is not in walking distance of anything so be prepared to drive for whatever you need. All staff was helpful. I would stay there again for price.

Our room was facing the highway, so there was a constant whir of cars throughout the night. Not a big deal unless you’re sensitive to sound. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the condition of the room was not great. Our remote didn’t work, the hallways were dirty, and we were basically underground with a tiny window.
