The hotel is near the Gorge concert venue. The there was only one person at the front desk at 1am to handle the crowd of people checking in. The clerk was unfamiliar with the software (as was the morning checkout clerk). Breakfast was great and the room was as clean!

I believe thier deposit of 100.00 is too much along with a pet fee of 40.00 per night. ephrata is a very small town they are not in the big city. Thier deposit and pet fee are higher than most nice hotels in Wenatchee and much bigger city

Our room was clean and comfortable. We used the hotel's guest laundry and was happy to find it accommodated large loads. The bathtub plug didn't work, however, meaning the tub wouldn't hold water and it drained slowly. Although the complimentary breakfast was generally good, it had only small bagels which couldn't be toasted, and the coffee had grounds in it.

We checked in and at least this time the room was ready. We got a second floor back side room. No real views to speak of and the train tracks are right out the window. We stayed two night for an event we had in town. Both mornings the coffee was out when we went down for the okay breakfast. Main reason for the 3 star review was because I booked my room online and it was already paid for but upon looking at my credit card after check out I was charged for the room again. After a few phone calls and a little frustrating conversations I got it all sorted out. I just think the employees there need to pay more attention.
