Keep up with the keeper displays at the Wildlife Park just 4.1 miles away, or enjoy some of the many historic houses, castles, gardens and crafts such as William Wordsworth’s former home in Cockermouth, (6.4 miles). Keswick, just 6 miles away, is perfect for couples and families alike, with its climbing wall, Pencil and Puzzling Place museum, lakeside theatre as well as it’s own distillery.
