From the entry foyer, a flight of stairs takes you up to the 2nd floor main living level where you are greeted with soothing tropical color and comfortable island furnishings. The dining table has seating for 6 with 3 stools at the breakfast bar.

The lustrous new white cabinetry is topped with perfect complementary quartz counters and features stainless appliances.  The dining room has a table for 6 for an enjoyable sit-down meal or, for a quick bite before heading out for a day of fun-in-the-sun, the breakfast bar has seating for three.

The living room boasts a large, flatscreen TV, a comfortable sofa, love seat, a side chair and open floor plan to the dining area.  Step outside into the screened patio for a relaxing after dinner aperitif and enjoy the peaceful marina view as the boats return to the harbor. Or, if a little after-dinner activity is in order, a spiral staircase leads from the screened porch down to the brick-paved pathway and to the clubhouse pool, grotto spa and game room.

Also on the 2nd floor is a full bath and a bedroom with a large daybed and a single, pullout trundle.

The 3rd-floor master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV and a large glassed-in sitting area to relax and enjoy that marina view through the treetops.  It's the perfect spot to take your coffee every morning for peaceful meditation.  A luxurious ensuite bath with sunken Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks and a stunning step in shower tops off this spacious master suite.

Also located on the 3rd floor is a second master suite with bright pops of color, a queen-size bed and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath.
