Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Fun in Key West

This was a really nice place. It's in a quiet location away from the traffic of downtown, but still a quick drive to the area. We were always able to find (free) parking at the condo. There are 2 elevators for the building and one broke down while we were there. It was fixed quickly. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The pool was nice and a big hit with the kids. We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant

Check-in was easy. King size mattress is very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. For most part place was clean but master bathroom shower curtain needs washed. It smelled and was very dirty at the bottom. Location is good. We had rental car so not very far from anything. Washer doesn’t work very well. My family enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Nice spot for a short stay

We didn't want to stay right in downtown Key West, so this condo was a good location for us. We were able to get on the trolley at a nearby hotel and going downtown was an inexpensive Uber trip away.The pool was very nice and not crowded while we were there. The kitchen faucet broke and began leaking while we were there, but a quick text to the owner/property manager brought a maintenance worker within an hour of the text and a plumber replaced the faucet the next morning.The condo was comfortable for my 80-plus-year-old parents and it was nice to have a washer and dryer (we were able to quickly wash all the wet towels from the kitchen faucet leak). The condo appeared freshly painted and well-maintained, although the door to the bedroom closet in our room never shut correctly and the bathtub in our bathroom was missing the plug for the drain. The towels supplied in the bathroom and for the pool were good quality and fluffy, better than those in some hotels I've stayed in. The balcony provided a nice place to sit. The condo is close to the airport so you do get some airplane noise, but it wasn't that loud and stopped overnight. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans.Overall, this was a very safe and comfortable place for four of us to stay for four nights, and the parking was a plus since it was close to the elevators.
