It was good. The room was questionable in that there was a vent that looked as though it was taped into place. What was definitely not to my liking was the clump up goose feather comforter. I think I got an allergic reaction from it, kinda gross. The breakfast buffet was good so there was that, yay The elevator was broken and could not be used for a good part of my trip, not terrible because it wasn't too crowded when we went. We just had to walk a bit more in that our room was on the other side of the hotel. And... last but not least the hot tub was inoperable. Oh wait... I forgot to say in addition , the food service at the pool was inefficient and it took close to an hour before we were served. Also be wary when you go to check out they put an automatic 20% tip for said food service. So..inquire so you aren't double tipping.

The room had a window that opened to a wall. Even if we ignore that, the room was right above the laundry facility and the washer/dryer was run till 10pm and started again at 7am. Felt like one was inside a freight train. The front desk tried to help but the housekeeping appeared to do their own thing

The staff wasn't as welcoming as we've experienced at other resorts. The room needs better ventilation in bathroom. A microwave in the room is preferable. The stairs maintenance is lacking.with one single elevator, you have tonuse the stairs.

Dinner menu ok, food below average, eat in town! Tram services ok, frequently over loaded requiring a wait for second vehicle. Hotel had no hot water for showering or our last day. Complimentary coffee had coffee grounds and staff didn’t seem to care when notified. Place was clean, well kept.

In the morning, water is not hot enough for shower. One out of two elevators is broken. Before checkout, we left our room for 5 minutes to put luggage into our car. Someone came to our room, stole 5 bottles of Coke Zero and half a gallon of water. When we came back, we discovered our drinks were gone and a housing staff was starting to clean the room. We reported the issue. After about 30 minutes, they gave us 5 diet cokes and a liter of water. We accepted the replacement, but I’ll not stay in a doubletree ever again.

Hidden fees…..they should be upfront before you book. Parking is $20 per night (even though they have a full parking lot. Shower was cold….because apparently they were having water heater issues. Kinda ridiculous for the price paid!
