It was a very cozy and pretty hotel. The rooms however were not as clean as you would expect especially for over 600 per night. The location was walkable to Duval St which was nice. One of the elevators was broke the entire time we were there and ice machine was broke on our floor. Be prepared to spend more at checkout as parking and resort fees for a four night stay added up to extra 500. The pool and beach staff were very efficient and courteous as well as front door greeters. We liked that you could use their sister hotel . Would come back but without a car and hoped they would step up on housecleaning.

Convenient location to local attractions. Property was clean and staff was very friendly. The beach access was nice with drink/food service. The only downside was thin walls…. you could hear your neighbors talking. Otherwise The Reach is a good place to stay while in KW.

We were put in a Handicapped Room and they said Expedia Booked it. No countertops at all in the bathroom! 4 people. We had a clogged toilet after the second problem the manager moved us to another room. Besides that; the property was beautiful! The Staff was very friendly and outstanding! Great beach breakfasts and restaurant delicious food!

I have stayed here at least 10 times. Ocean view will be my choice. But the last few times it’s a resort view with a hint of ocean if you can see it at all. Last time I ask for a different room and they wanted to charge me more. This time I decided not complain. It never helps. Also they text me to clean my room and never did. I would say don’t spend the extra money on an ocean view. I pause with tax ( before the resort fee) almost 1000.00 a night for an awful view. It will not be my first choice to stay at the Reach again. While I like many things, this is a constant problem.

The private beach was the best part of this property! They could use more beach chairs and the storage of Sea Doos on the property took up too much beach space. Stephanie, the waitress on the beach, was so nice and the hardest working woman I ever saw! The staff who managed chairs and towels were also really nice. Good location fir other activities too.

Good place

We picked this resort because it had a private beach, is close to old town, and seemed to have nice rooms. When we got there, all of that was true. I realized Key West is a pretty expensive place to stay no matter where you go, but I expected the resort to be a little bit more polished. For example, the hallways paint job could be spruce up. One elevator was not working and the door of the elevator on the second floor had a big scrape on it like it needed to be repainted. However, housekeeping service was wonderful as was the service on the beach. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The patio glass sliding door was extremely heavy and nearly impossible to open, but the view overlooking the courtyard was very nice. So for every thing I have there was always a positive so I think it balances out evenly. It’s just a really pricey place.
