We were off of Duval st, but close enough to walk to everywhere. It was very quiet. The beach was very nice area. Seaweed was washing up , but that is life.

I found the location to be extremely convenient. This hotel is one of the few with a natural beach and plenty of beach chairs. However, the pool area is somewhat small but I think that is common in Key West. We spent four nights there and the cleaning people only came once to clean the room :(

Overall, we had a nice stay here although the room we were in was close to the elevator and noises echoed into our room at night. The AC also wasn't cooling down our room effectively. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed the property and had a good experience with the staff. It was very convenient to everything in Key West and had bikes we could rent, which was a fun way to get around.

The room I booked on Expedia was nothing like it in person. Not sure if that’s Expedias fault or the Hotel but it was not a suite. Then when I brought it to the attention of the staff they were very unhelpful saying its through a third party booking, nothing they could do and said those rooms didn’t even exist. The TV wasnt a smart TV without even a guide to click on. It was impossible to reach anyone at the front desk with any issues and it took 45 minutes to check out as one of their printers was broken and their system was down. Beautiful location and pool and beach area which is the only reason I even gave it the 2 stars
