Kamaole Sands #9-205 is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with split system air conditioning. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 flat-screen televisions, and wireless Internet. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, A/C, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request, and A/C. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room along with a flat-screen TV, and A/C. For outdoor adventuring, Kamaole Sands #9-205 includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, snorkel gear, and sand toys.

Kamaole Sands is the premiere property in South Kihei, located across the street from Kamaole Beach III. Kamaole Sands features two tennis courts (no fee) and three pickleball courts. Adult and junior tennis rackets and pickleball paddles are available to rent with complementary balls. Complimentary parking in a private, well-lit and security-patrolled parking lot. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are available for a fee on a first come, first served basis. Wi-Fi is available in most areas and a convenient cyber cafe is in the lobby. Activity area with ping pong, foosball, and other games for all ages -- free lending library. Free Maui News daily newspaper available at the pool area. Every Wednesday, Kamaole Sands hosts a complimentary gathering with live music and hula dancers. Kamaole Sands is centrally located and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and activities. It is also minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.
