*The property will be replacing the roof from June to mid-September. The project is slated to be completed in three phases, starting with the North third, then middle, and finally the South, where the picnic tables and BBQ grills are located. Access to the tables and BBQ grills will remain open during the first two phases of construction and closed off during the final phase. Unit #102 is in the North third. While you will hear some noise related to the roof work, it should not be as disruptive as #102 is on the bottom of 6 floors with the majority of work being done above the 6th floor. Nightly rates have been reduced to reflect this possible inconvenience*
