In Maui its all about LOCATION and this unit is in the perfect spot. Maui Banyan is located in prime South Kihei where the weather is sunny and beautiful year round. It’s across the street from Kamaole Beach II which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard station and is complete with a park and shower. Kamaole II is a great beach for laying out, swimming, snorkeling, boogie-boarding, and turtle sightings, as well as catching perfect sunsets and waves. Maui Banyan is one of the best places to stay in South Kihei. This stunning remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you’re looking for on your Maui getaway.

This fantastic condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, AC & sleeps up to 4 people. The master has a wonderful king sized bed and there is a nice queen sized memory foam pull out in the living room. It's conveniently located on the first floor, steps from the beach, and walking distance to shops, restaurants & grocery. Neighboring Wailea offers great walks, golf, restaurants and high end shopping.

Enjoy all the RESORT amenities including pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ area w/ NO resort fee.

Everything you need for a day at the beach is waiting for you! The beach umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach towels are available for you to use during your stay. The Condo is so perfectly located in South Maui. It is walking distance to KAM I, II and III. There is also Grocery nearby and plenty of restaurants. The pools are so well maintained and the property is lovely. The condo itself has everything you need, with plenty of room. It was a great, relaxing stay!

The room itself was very nice, very comfortable, clean, equipped with all the utensils we needed, and very conveniently located just across the road from the beach. It’s on the ground floor, but doesn’t have a real seating area outside the sliding glass doors, which would have been perfect, but would also have made the condo more expensive. As is, it’s very nice, and convenient at a reasonable price.

Great location, no ocean view but very short walk to beach which is across the street. Condo has nice patio with tall landscaping for privacy. Clean with well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Shops and restaurants a short walk away.

We were pleased with the accommodations. Beach chairs were a pleasant surprise. The host was prompt in responding to question we had. Only negative may be if sensitive to sounds air conditioner in bedroom little noisy, though by use of air conditioner in living area and ceilling fans we were comfortable. Beach, stores, food easily within walking distance. We would look forward to staying again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we really loved it! We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, and being on the ground level. We also loved having 2 bathrooms and it will be a must have in our new home we purchase!We were very busy exploring the island most days and didn’t use the pool much, but it was nice when we did. We also love the chairs and boogey board for the trips to the beach. The only thing I didn’t love was that the AC unit in the bedroom would only run for 6 hours. We would wake up pretty hot and have to turn it on. Overall though, it was a really nice place and I’d highly recommend.

Awesome apartment with proximity to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s fully equipped with everything you could need—including a washer and dryer, and full beach gear (chairs, umbrella, even a cooler), so there's no need to rent anything. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment itself was quiet, making it easy to relax. Parking is available on-site, which was super convenient. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store, and a great base for exploring the island. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fabulous Condo in Kihei, Maui

This is a lovely one bedroom condo that is a great size and offers all of the comforts you would expect in a vacation resort. The resort facilities are wonderful and the buildings and pool areas are surrounded by beautiful gardens. Zach is a wonderful, attentive host and the condo is very nicely appointed. Kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of beach gear. The location is great , right across the street from a beautiful beach area with washrooms. I highly recommend Zach’s condo!

This VRBO was very clean with all of the amenities you could need. The beach chairs, towels, body board, umbrella, and wagon were absolutely wonderful! We used them multiple times. The main bed is super comfortable; I was going to look at the brand of mattress and forgot. It's super quiet, and everyone we encountered from the front desk to the condo manager and owner were super accessible, friendly, and helpful. The location can't be beat; we were within walking distance of two great beaches, a park, several shops, not to mention multiple restaurants with wonderful food and service.

Our stay at Maui Banyan was wonderful. The condo was neat, clean and had all the amenities you need. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and the king bed was comfortable. Having a second bathroom makes everything so much easier and faster. The owner was responsive and informative. I highly recommend this unit and Maui Banyan but especially for the location. You are directly across Kam II which is one of the best beaches for families, snorkeling and turtles!

This is the place to stay when in Kihei!!

Now that I said that, paradise will be booked FOREVER!! Zach was very responsive, easy peasy check in/out. Condo was one of the best stocked I have ever stayed at. Kitchen had it all as did the beach supplies. Condo location is close to beach, parking, pools and shops. The bed was uber comfy and I am a hard sale, bad back and all, but I never once woke up stiff. THAT says a lot to me! Lots of detail and quality went into this condo to make anyone's stay less stressful. Even the bath towels are inviting & plush. If you are thinking of staying in Kihie, rent this condo. Don't think, just DO!! You will not regret it!
