Booked and paid for a 1 Room King Bed Stay. Initially taken to such a room in a below level, a damp, mouldy, smelly basement. Mgt was adamant that they had nothing better and rooms are not guaranteed. Eventually with Expedia interaction was given a choked up studio. Expedia owes me a partial refund.
