Whisperingsand-Beach House

WhisperingSand Beach House sijaitsee merenrantakylässä Kilcunda, vain ~ 10 km päässä Phillip Island / San Remo, ~ 14 km päässä Wonthaggi on upea Bass Coast, ja vain 1. 5 tuntia Melbournein CBD. Se on Bass Coastin piilotettu helmi ja erinomainen lomakohde alueella. On monia aktiviteetteja, joita voit tehdä ympäri aluetta, surffausta, kalastusta, varjoliitoa, käveltäviä rannikkovärejä, ratsastusta / muutama nimi. Syy, kauniita rantoja, BBQ, piknikkejä ja lasten leikkipaikka, rock-altaat, hyvä ruoka / juomat ovat myös listalla asioista, joita voit tehdä.

WhsiperingSand Beach House on vain 300m rannat, 100m rannikon kävely / pyöräilyreitit ja pub, sijaitsee aivan kadulla Kilcunda Pub (Ocean View Hotel), joka on kuuluisa ei vain upea näkymä rannikkoa edessä kannella, mutta myös hyvää ruokaa ja vieraanvaraisuutta.

Pysyvän WhisperingSand-rantakadun parvekkeella, upealla merinäköalalla Shelly-rannalla aivan aivan edessäsi, katsomalla aaltoja, jotka liikkuvat rannalle ja kuuntelemalla aaltojen ääniä, joka leimailee kiviä. Kesäkuukausina voit myös nähdä hämmästyttäviä auringonlaskuja yli valtameren jopa istuu olohuoneessa.

Shelly ranta, joka on mukava rock-allas lapsille pelata, on aivan rannan tuntumassa talo, jossa vain <100m kävelyetäisyydellä. Kilcunda-surffausranta on myös kävelyetäisyydellä.

Uudelleen kehitetty George Coastal kävelyreitti on aivan meren kalliolla upealla näkymällä Bassin rannikolla kuten Philipin saarella ja Cape Patersonilla.

Vanha Bass Coast Rail Trail (Anderson ja Wonthaggi, ~ 16 km) on myös kehitetty mukavaksi pyöräily- ja kävelyreitille, joka kulkee monia historiallisia kaivospaikkoja upeilla maisemilla.

Lyhyt matka San Remoon (~ 8-10min), voit nauttia sunnuntai-kaupasta siellä tai Philip-saarille, jossa on hauskaa ja toimintaa perheille ja lapsille.

Myös lyhyen ajomatkan (10-12min) kaivos- kaupungin keskustasta Wonthaggi, jossa suuret tavaratalot ja palvelut ovat saatavilla.

2 tarina Beach House on täysin aidattu iso piha, ja sisältävät 2 erillistä asuintiloja (yläkerta ja alakerta) täysin varustettu pieni keittiö ja 2 kylpyhuonetta suihkulla ja erillinen wc. Ihanteellinen useita perheitä loma yhdessä. Se on neljä makuuhuonetta (2 yläkerrassa ja 2 alakerrassa), jossa on 2 queen-size-vuodetta ja 2 yhden hengen vuodetta ja 1 king-size-vuode (BYO-liinavaatteet tai pienille maksuille).

Myöhäinen "Check-out", jos käytettävissä
Lähtöpäivänä on normaali "check-out" -aika klo 12.00. Kuitenkin myöhemmin "check-out" (enintään kuusitoista) on mahdollinen, jos käytettävissä, jotta asiakkaat voivat nauttia viimeinen päivä rannalla talossa ilman kiirettä. Myös varhainen "check-in" voi olla mahdollista, että päivä. Ota yhteyttä pari päivää ennen saapumistasi tarkistaaksesi mahdollisuuden.

Tiukasti Tupakointi sallittu sisällä talossa ja ei lemmikkejä.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Kilcunda Coastal Reserve. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

It's all about the ocean view!

It was fine for our budget. Beds were comfortable. Location was great & the view was great. Everything is very worn & dated though. It could do with a smart tv or dvd's to use in the dvd player. We also found the cleaning instructions a bit excessive, especially there was a Xmas tree in a garbage bag in the room. downstairs! Thank you for the early check in & late check out.

A great get-away location

Lots of room in this house. Wonderful view of the water and sun sets from the lounge room and balcony. Within walking distance of beaches / coastal trails / general store etc. Easy access to Phillip Island and Wonthaggi. Host was great to deal with. Thank you for our lovely Kilcunda short stay.

Comfortable and close to beach with a view

Great communication with owner. House was old but comfortable. Needs some comfortable chairs for outdoor area. There was a lot of instructions for cleaning upon leaving. Would pay for cleaner next time.

Enjoyable Christmas holiday experience with family, location 45 min from home our first Xmas away.

The property was large enough for my family, 5 teenage grandchildren my partner and our son. Kitchen I found was a little small but had enough of the kitchenware we needed, a little disappointed there was no barbecue, but would of been another thing to clean anyway. Property was close enough to the beach good exercise for the kids to walk to, good walking tracks nearby and a general store just on the main road. Wonthaggi is the closest town about a 10 minute drive if you wanted to buy extra groceries. The manager was very pleasant she left easy instructions to get into the house and we were left with a Christmas gift surprise we thoroughly enjoyed.

house was in great location to Phillip Island, was a bit dissapointed there was no secure parking, by pics thought property had double gates for access to property, house was clean, but dinning floor mat was dangerous as i kept tripping over edges, TV remotes and Aircon remotes were hard to get working, and theres no hanging space for clothes, apart from that we had a great stay at Kilcundra and surrounding areas.

Nice, small property for cozy stay

We were happy very happy with Sue. She was very efficient with her communication, and allowed us to check out a little later. House was walking distance to the shops and beach, and short drive to San Remo. Would be happy to go back again.

Perfect weekend getaway

An easy drive from Melbourne, Whispering Sand in Kilkunda was just as perfect for a weekend away by myself as it would be for the extended family or group of friends. Positioned just around the corner from the Killy Pub, and set back a street from the highway, the location is quiet and convenient. From the balcony and main bedroom on the top floor, you can watch the sun setting over the famous cliffs. The house living areas (upstairs and downstairs) are comfortable and everything that was needed was provided. The communication with Sue was excellent and she was very responsive. I can’t wait to stay again, just not sure who I’ll take with me… don’t want too many people finding out about the gem that is Kilkunda, and the Whispering Sands. Thanks again Sue.

Great location

Location was great with beach just over the road (a short stroll); however beach not safe for swimming, more so for adventuring with beautiful rock pools & building sandcastles. Wonthaggi being only a short 10 mins drive was handy to stock up on supplies (major supermarkets/Bunnings/Kmart/restaurants & cafes etc). The mouth of the Powlett River is a 5 min drive which is a perfect spot for kayaking(kids first time - absolutely perfect). Can do kayaking, SUP or just relax in the water. With huge sand dunes as a back drop, it was something magical. Kids enjoyed running up the sand dunes (a boogie board to ride down is a great idea)! Phillip Island only a 15min drive. Cape Paterson (for safe swimming) only 25min drive. The house layout could cater for two families who are comfortable (with eachother) to holiday with bedrooms & bathroom/toilet upstairs and downstairs with tvs, a/c and dining tables and a (small) kitchen (upstairs) to share. Great size garden for kids if having a quiet day at the house. We enjoyed our stay, spent everyday out adventuring. She was very helpful and offered a nice surprise of the ability to checkin a lot earlier than usual check in time and upon request happily let us check out later than usual 10am, which we were very grateful for. Thank You Sue for a wonderful stay 😊

Awesome

Beautiful view of the ocean, the house made us feel even more relaxed. The communication with owner was fantastic. They had everything that we needed to cook with even an electric frying pan. We were shocked to find it as not many places have them. No complaints from us it was an awesome stay and very relaxing.
