The modern bathroom comes with a large shower and a spa tub. There is a kitchenette that comes equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and a coffeemaker. The living area extends outdoors onto the expansive private deck. There is also an outdoor shower for a truly unique experience. A golf cart is included to explore our 100+ acres and 3/4 of a mile of river frontage on the San Marcos River!
