- Parking: carport parking available for 2 cars, and driveway parking available for 5 additional cars
- Security: There are 2 cameras on the property- 1 ring doorbell facing the exterior front entrance and 1 camera above garage facing entryway
- River water is shallow- NO diving or jumping from bulkhead into the water. Guests must use ladder on the left side of the bulkhead for water access.
- There is a downhill slope in the backyard
- No water balloons or confetti allowed on the property.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is evidence found of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, guest will be charged additional cleaning fees.
