This elegant 1860 Italianate home has been restored to its detailed charm, with all-modern systems. The house features 3 full luxe baths, and HUGE new chef's kitchen with endless work surfaces for cooking fun, 3 (count 'em) ovens, and baking equipment galore. 2 full-floors and basement gym give room to cook and play, flowing from the kitchen to the dining deck to the hot tub deck. This freshly restored home will be your base camp for adventures, but once you come you may not want to leave!
Radiant concrete kitchen floor is warm on your feet while you make coffee in the morning...all the lights are on dimmers so you can set the mood you like. The all-new plumbing means you have amazing water pressure. Hardwood floors throughout this historic house, with wool carpeted stairs and upper hall.
The entire house is yours, except for a few locked closets. Other things to note:

A/C is provided by a combination of in-window and mini-split systems, adjustable to your comfort.
