Loved the corner unit with the great view of the harbour. We were able to store our bikes overnight. I would highly recommend due to the location. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

First time staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint. We had a harbour view with balcony. Close for a nice walk along the water and close to little shops and restaurants. Clean room and friendly staff made it perfect. When staying in Kingston, we will definitely be staying at this hotel!

There was a Ringette tournament in town with many of the families staying at the Holiday Inn. It was a little LOUD at times as well as difficult to get an elevator.

Beautiful stay at the holiday inn! I highly recommend the harbor view room, it is incredible! It is perfectly located for access to all the local attractions and restaurants! Very friendly staff and very clean rooms! The heated indoor pool was an added bonus!

it's convenient for walking near by attractions. This hotel prides itself about the clean property, but my bathroom ceiling had cobwebs, patio door was dirty, and i was on the first floor in a little corner area. they didn't sweep the sitting area for quite some time and it was very dirty compared to the other patios. Had to ask to get it cleaned. patio door screen should be replaced. I mostly wouldn't complain about these little things, but for the price we paid, i feel this stuff should have been done. Staff at reception desk very friendly and helpful. thee lobby and bathrooms in the lobby itself appears to be very clean and well maintained
