It was old, run down. Snow plowing/shoveling not done. We were having a snow storm and had difficulty getting around the parking lot and couldn't even find the sidewalks.

The gentleman that was at the counter is an excellent customer service representative and made us feel welcome and goes the extra mile to acomodate us always with a smile his shift was on February 12th oraund 6 pm when we arrived

We had reserved a king bed room however ended up with a 2 bed double bed room, not even queen size. This was a challenge as my husband has significant shoulder issues and was not able to get comfortable so ended up sitting up to sleep. The room was clean and warm with all amenities, just wish we had the king we requested.
