The large, open living area boasts new flooring for the 2026 season and new carpeting in the stairwells. Family will enjoy the open concept living area with nice kitchen for preparing meals to enjoy in the spacious dining room. A new gas grill for 2026 is supplied for outdoor cooking. Guests can relax across multiple outdoor areas, including sun decks, shade decks, and a furnished cozy screened-in porch. Its location provides private community sound access complete with a dock, gazebo, and picnic area, ideal for kayaking and crabbing. Additionally, The Tree House is just a short walk down the street to a private beach access point. The home is conveniently situated in northern Duck and a bike ride away for exploring the boardwalk, shops, and eateries. It is also a short drive north to Corolla, where guests can visit historical sites like the Whalehead Club and the Currituck Lighthouse.

This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age.
