Pros: The property was conveniently located within a short walk to the Knoxville Convention Center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Cons: I understand that it's located downtown, but there was a dumpster being swapped out at 3:30am and then again at 5 am which was annoying. The room itself was not great. The shower heads are low, don't have much pressure and don't regulate hot water well. I could hear my neighbor making noise and snoring, so there are sound issues. I arrived early and asked about early check-in. A room was ready, but they wanted $75 to check in between 10 and Noon. If the room was ready, what is the justification of the extra cost? I declined.

I enjoyed that it was clean and quiet. There was a Starbucks in the building for convenience. With only about 3 blocks separating this hotel from market square, it made exploring very walkable.
