Jennifer at the front desk is excellent. Cant thank her enough. Food at the restaurant/bar was great too. Drinks are expensive, however bartender Manny was also great. Would gladly stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here to watch my son swim at the University of Tennessee. It’s about 15 minutes from campus away from the hustle and bustle very quiet area. Great coffee shop across the street the restaurants inside the Holiday Inn or excellent. The bar is excellent. they have a great dance night, I think it was Friday. Staff was super friendly hotel very clean spacious.

The check in area looked to be in excellent condition but as soon as you went around to the elevator it was TERRIBLE! The hallways are in need of refurbishing. The rooms were old and dirty! It was not worth spending $175

It was hard to find the building and the main entrance. We had no hot water in our room - when checking out the person at the front desk comped our breakfast because of the water situation, which was nice.

Be careful taking your pet here

We checked and after a long day of travel and we had our dog with us. After getting in the room we noticed that there was a chocolate wafer on the floor and open wrappers on the floor. I’m so thankful we found the wafer before our dog because it could have been very bad for him. We called the desk and they were apologetic. I went to check out the next morning and they charged me for my that I already paid for on Hotels.com. The girl refunded the charge after I showed her my receipt. I really want a refund as this room was so dirty and I have many pictures. We don’t know if the wafer was a marajuania or not. The chocolate alone could have killed our dog. This was a very bad experience and I travel so much for work and just wanted a good start to my vacation.

Great pet-friendly hotel

This was our first time traveling with our Golden Retriever, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a pet-friendly hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. I almost thought I had forgotten to mention that we had a dog- the hotel was so clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly, and we will definitely be staying here again
