This ground floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for four is one of 4 apartments in this quadplex property. No shared spaces among the other units. It boasts a cute little kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you’ll need for an evening in and a home cooked meal. Full sized stainless steel kitchen appliances are also included. You'll find the two comfortable queen beds with quality sheets and bedding to be a welcome place to rest your head at the end of a long day of exploring, hiking or shopping. Don't have big plans tomorrow? Close the blackout curtains and turn on the sound machine to get a little extra shut eye. In the living room, cozy up on the sofa with a blanket and watch television from the smart TV. Just log in to your own favorite streaming app subscriptions and unwind from the busyness of the day. There is private parking located along the side of the property for your car. However major car sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are easily accessible and can take you almost anywhere downtown in 10 minutes or less. This is a ground floor apartment. There are train tracks a block away. A sound machine is provided for guest use, if needed. There are also some great 8-10 hour sleep sounds available to play on your phone from the YouTube app that may better suit your tastes. There are 2 steps up onto the front porch. There is a ditch along the street front portion of the property. Watch your step! No pets or animals allowed, No smoking of any kind is permitted and No parties or gatherings. This property is located in a safe, quiet, regular "Joe" working class neighborhood. There is no paid cable or paid streaming app service for TV viewing. You will need to log in to your own streaming app subscriptions to watch television. There are also some free viewing options in the menu.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was exactly as described. Basic supplies were well-chosen! I especially appreciated the vegetable oil, salt, and pepper along with a few common seasonings. Those of us who cook to save travel money really benefit from those few thoughtful supplies! There were also a few pots and pans, a colander, mixing bowl, grater, and all the other fundamental things you need to do simple cooking. Property was very clean. It is in a working class area, but felt quite safe and was quiet. I do recommend bringing ear plugs at night if you are sensitive to noise as there can sometimes be a little traffic noise, but it did not bother us. (It's occasional and not overwhelming at all.) I thought it was well-organized and instructions were clear--overall, very good value. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

In town for UTK graduation

This was a good location for us, close to downtown and affordable! A short drive to restaurants and campus. It is a neighborhood that is up and coming, but we never felt unsafe. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed!

Parents’ weekend at UT

The place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway! When we first arrived we were a little worried about location, seemed far away, but in reality it was closer than we thought. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, but if you prefer walking, which I do, it was too far for that. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was extremely easy to communicate with.

Very cute and comfortable place!

Property was great—just as advertised. Very comfortable stay. Neighborhood is gentrifying. We felt totally safe but know that the neighborhood is still up And coming and nothing around it in terms of restaurants, shops etc. not an issue because we had a car. Uber took about 20 mins on big game day so not bad. Easy access to highways for campus, Kingston Pike area. We’ll stay again!

Easy as pie!

My husband and I stayed here for a UTK game weekend. The condo was really clean and quiet. We spent most of our time on campus, but the uber in was quick and reasonable. My only complaint is the door stopper on the bathroom door keeps the door propped in the the middle of the room. It is obnoxious to constantly work around while sharing bathroom space.

Attractive and convenient apartment

This was my second stay at this property. I booked this for my brother and I for a weekend visiting friends. It’s convenient to downtown and to the mountain bike trails. All of the amenities are in good working order and I was surprised how quiet it was.

Bridge week

The place was perfect for my college girl to stay between move out from one apartment and move in to another. The place had a bit of a smell, but was clean and neat and well stocked with essentials. Really liked the two doors, each with their own entry code...my daughter felt safe which is the most important. Would definitely consider booking there again.

Wonderful

This property was beautiful. I loved everything about the apartment. There was plenty of cookware and utensils to cook if you wanted to eat in. Everything was spotless! Best part about it is you’re 3 miles away from downtown Knoxville and only about 15-20 min to each side of Knoxville. The managers were great at communicating and even had a house manual with places and things to do in Knoxville. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Surprisingly roomy

UTK Family Weekend

Check out time was listed as 11:00 but was actually 10:00. Location was a little more rural than we anticipated. Unit was very clean, very well decorated, and very comfortable. We recommend and would stay again
