Wonderful hotel- will be returning

As a writer, I take pride in capturing the essence of a place, and although I worry my review won't quite do this hotel justice, I thought it better that I try. Recently, I found myself in Knoxville for a date night with my wife, and I used it as a great opportunity to also gather material for a travel piece I'm working on highlighting places in Chattanooga and Knoxville. This hotel will absolutely make that list. I love this hotel. This last stay wasn’t my first, and it certainly won’t be my last. Hotels.com gives very limited space but the staff is amazing. The valet, the front desk, the housekeeping, everyone! They’re all fantastic. We were met with Proper Popcorn, complimentary waters, sparkling wine, and had lovely local chocolates on our pillow for the turndown service. We had the beautiful tea they provided and also ordered room service. It was a great experience.

Great centrally located hotel to UT. Parking a hassle with $40 day valet. Free shuttles within 3 mile radius. Food is excellent. Staff very friendly. Room spacious clean and great amenities

We love this hotel. It has several restaurants. The rooms are really nice and everything is clean. The parking can be tough because you have to valet, so if you leave anything in your car, you have to wait for them to go get it. Other than that, we think it is perfection, and we have stayed here multiple times and will continue to. Just an FYI ... Parking is $35 per night and taxes were around $30 per night. .

3rd time staying here. We always get the panoramic suite which is big and comfortable. The road noise is not desirable but don’t know how that can be fixed without spending a fortune on sound proof windows. It’s worth it in my opinion to get them Tennessean.

Nice hotel

Overall I think it’s a good place. We got no real help regarding service to and from a concert venue and it was raining so many guests got soaked. They said they quit running the shuttle at 10:30 yet many of the guests were there for the concert. Poor customer service
