Room service was very poor, clean towels were rationed in a morning and new coffee wasn’t replaced. Air conditioning…extremely noisy in spite of them checking. The website had crashed multiple times on booking and cancellation rejected on arrival. Extremely expensive for what it was. Our room was lovely. Lots of space, big bathroom, nice shower, beautiful view over the sea, pool is gorgeous and although limited beds next to the pool there was none of this silly behaviour of reserving beds when not using them. Pool towels provided. There’s lots more beds down by the sea and bar area anyway which is great. The staff very nice. Resident cats very cute. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you. Just wish the elephant camps would become sanctuaries on the island. Nothing to do with the hotel though but that sadness won’t leave my mind.
