Clean room. Pool right beside my patio. Wonderful friendly staff. Although not all spoke English there was always someone around who did. Perfect stay. Great breakfast. Many choices. The staff on the beach would come by and adjust our umbrellas for shade.

Blue Bay seemed like a lovely place to stay but they overbooked their hotel. We planned on staying with them for 4 nights including New Years. We reserved 3 rooms that opened up the pool. We wanted an extra special New Years as a family so we spent more than we usually do. When we arrived they told me I had booked a different hotel. When I showed them my reservation they then said that they had overbooked their hotel and were sending us down the street to a different location. At the other resort we didn't get rooms with a view or near the pool. When we asked they said that we would have to pay them extra for the nicer room as their hotel rooms cost more than Blue Bay. We couldn't even get an extra bed in our room as they wanted us to pay another $25 a night for it. My wife and I ended up sharing 2 twin beds with our son. Overall, I am very disappointed with this place and I would not recommend anyone staying here as you may or may not get your reservation.

The gym was hard to find and had no a/c, dining was limited, had a deck bar that was not open that we saw. Our room was as expected, clean and the private pool access was such a nice treat. The maid service was five star. This property has loads of potential waiting to be met.

Hotel superbe, très mais alors très bien situé. La plage est exceptionnelle. Evidemment, des micro défauts mais qui sont davantages contextuels que globaux. J'avais une micro fuite dans ma SDB sous l'évier et une petite odeur d'humidité dans cette dernière mais à part ça (et c'est vraiment mineur), c'était parfait. Calme, bonne bouffe, plage incroyable, personne hyper gentil et accueillant, je recommande pleinement pour voyageurs solo, couple et familles
