立地が良いです。新神戸駅からも三ノ宮駅からも歩ける距離で、コンビニやカフェ、銭湯も近くにあります。安い価格で、荷物を置いたり寝たりするにはぴったりです。フロントの方も親切でした。

予約時から理解はしていましたが 部屋がもう少し広ければ、大満足でした。 もう1点駐車場も無いことはわかっていましたが どうしても車で行くことになったのですが 近隣のコインパーキングが予想以上に高額（16：30入庫翌6：30出庫）で3,300円でした（涙）

・部屋は狭くて施設も古いですが、清潔に保たれていました ・今やないと困る存在となった Wifi があったのも普通に助かりました ・冷蔵庫が枕元のすぐそばにありうるさかったので、切って寝ました ・近くにコンビニがあるのは便利です ・料金は安かったので自分としては満足です

お勧めできません

3階の部屋でしたが、通路の音、隣の部屋の音、聞こえすぎ。飲み水用のグラスなし。GWとはいえ、この狭さで1万円とは。自分の検索力のなさが情けなかった。 あと、これはホテルのせいではないけれど、窓の外の景色は建物解体の途中。

若干遠いですが、コスパはいいです。

三宮と新神戸の間、若干三宮より。。というロケーションなので、連泊して毎日三宮に歩くのは若干不便。 とはいえ神戸にしてはコスパはいいです。 カップルで泊まると、彼女から「まだ歩くの？」と文句言われそうなので注意が必要。一人旅でカプセルやサウナでは落ち着かない。。という方などなら全く問題ないかと。

内観はきれいで悪くなかったが、部屋が狭く、荷物を置いたら身動きがとれなかった。 お風呂の水栓が劣化しておりスカスカで、浴槽に湯張りできなかった。 また浴槽の底のほうは水垢でザラザラしていた。部屋もかなり寒かった(毛布は借りられた)。

ホテルの契約駐車場がなく、近隣のコインパーキングも課金制しかありません。定額コインパーキングは徒歩５分程の所にありましたが収容台数が少なく不便でした。
