Located on Spruce Cape Rd., this second floor apt is unattached from the main house and sits on a little more than an acre of land in a family-friendly neighborhood. It has views of the ocean in the front and a small forest of spruce in the back. This property is shared with a local family of six, who live in the main house, a friendly lab mix, and a plethora of local songbirds that greet you with every new day! Just like most things here, we are 5-10 minutes away from all local amenities.



The Space:

A modern-day house with rustic, timber-inspired details, this 700-square-foot cabin-style hidden gem provides families and small groups an abundance of space for a bonding vacation or couples seeking a secluded romantic getaway. As you make your way inside, a mesmerizing array of superb amenities and furnishings await you. From the plush couches and wood-like flooring in the living room to the large double-pane windows overlooking calming ocean views. Soft and serene, any guests seeking a quiet escape will fulfill their desires here – whether it be working, relaxing, or spending quality time with loved ones. We guarantee that once this sanctuary has cast its spell, you’ll never want to leave.



As a bonus, you might even encounter a multitude of wildlife here on Kodiak Island. From brown bears, red foxes, river otters, black tail deer, snowshoe hares, and a myriad of shorebirds and marine mammals. It doesn’t stop there! The house and the surrounding area will continue to surprise you, brimming with endless opportunities to keep yourself occupied for hours on end:

• As you slowly roll out of bed, enjoy sipping a perfectly brewed coffee before taking a leisurely stroll to nearby Mission Beach.

• Grab your hiking boots and begin trekking up Spruce Cape Trail, where the bluff mountain tops offer enchanting views of the Pacific Coastline.

• Stretch out on the comfy couch while watching the latest movie releases and TV shows on our 55” HDTV with Roku installed for your entertainment.

• Bedroom 1: Queen memory foam mattress along with 1 nightstand, chest of drawers, extra pillows, cotton linens, blankets, and room darkening curtains.

• Bedroom 2: Twin bed with trundle memory foam mattresses along with 1 nightstand, built-in closet, mirror, extra pillows, bedsheets, cotton linens, and room darkening curtains.

• Iron and ironing board.



At the end of the day, rinse off in a soothing shower in the sparkling bathroom, fully stocked with all the bathroom essentials needed to freshen you up. This includes towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, and a vanity sink to store all your supplies.
