Excellent hotel with outstanding location, amenities and staff! The property is paired with a direct bus stop, making travel very convenient, and it offers the most breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji right across from it. The complimentary breakfast includes a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruit, desserts and even a live omelette station. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and ensure every detail of your stay is taken care of. Pro tip: book the massage services if you can — they’re well worth it. The onsen experience at the hotel is also unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Amazing Hotel with breathtaking views of Fujisan.

Staying at the Highland Hotel and Spa was such a beautiful experience! Waking up to the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji felt like a dream, and the kindness of the staff made me feel truly cared for. Every moment here was filled with warmth and peace. A place I will always hold in my heart.

We stayed at five different hotels in Japan and this was by far everyone's favorite. How can hit beat stunning views is Mt Fuji, the most magical onsen, and all the amenities you could ask for? The hotel had a free shuttle to get around and we had a great time at the Mt and the amusement park. We wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Kids did the park, parents did the onsen.. we all enjoyed the view of the mountain..there’s nothing bad. There’s a shabbu restaurant (4 min walk jay walking, 10 mins using the bridge) that’s really good value and experience. Robots wheels the food over. Drinks and veggie are self serve. A ton of fun.
