I am not able to accurately rate this stay for any category other than “location” & “communication with host”. Because of connectivity issues I was not able to get the access information from my email and the host would not send anything via the VRBO app. The host is a property rental organization and to get in contact with a person was very difficult. Even after verifying my identity and the issue, no information was given using the app. I sat outside the property on someone else’s phone for close to 3hrs, only for the issue not to be resolved. I had to have to find and pay for a hotel.
